Customer Service Team

Our customer service team is managed by Toni who has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry and joined Coast in 2007.

When asked if she had any comments she would like to make about her customer service team Toni said, "Everyone in the team is a pleasure to work with and they take great pride in offering the best service they can to each customer they speak to."

Claims Team

Together the Coast claims team have over 150 years combined experience in the insurance industry. This level of experience and depth of knowledge enables the claims team to provide an efficient and effective claims service for our customers.

Over the years we have received many letters of thanks to the claims team for their service. One recent letter expressed the customers gradtitude to the claims team.....

Directors

Park Home Insurance Services Ltd was founded in 1994 by William and Angela Tuke. Since 1994 William and Angela have grown Park Home Insurance Services Ltd into one of the market leaders in park home, motorhome and caravan insurance.

In 2009 William and Angela's son Robert was also appointed as Director and the family business then underwent a rebrand in September 2010 to change its trading name from Park Home Insurance Services Ltd to Coast. The rebrand was to update the company image and make the company name less product specific as the product range has expanded from solely insuring park homes to also insuring touring caravans, static caravans and motorhomes.
