What does 'built to BS3632: 2005' mean?
Who do I call in the event of a claim?
In the event of a claim you will need to telephone Coast on 01892 786099 with brief details, quoting your policy reference. You’ll then be sent a claim form to complete.
Our in-house claims department will be able to give you any guidance you require at each stage of the claim process.

Does my park home insurance cover accidental damage?
All of our park home insurance policies cover accidental damage to both buildings and contents.

Is my park home covered on a new for old basis?
All of our park home insurance policies provide cover for your home and contents on a new for old basis.
You must ensure that your sum insured represents the full replacement cost as new, including any permanent fixtures and fittings which you have added to your home, such as decking or structural alterations. This amount must also include a minimum of £15,000 for clearance and re-siting costs in the event of a total loss.
Will my park home be covered when I am away on holiday?
Your park home will be covered as standard when you are away for up to 60 consecutive days.
If you are away from your park home for more than 60 consecutive days please contact us on 0800 614849 to discuss the details of your cover.
Do you offer a no claims discount scheme?
If you use your park home as your permanent place of residence we can offer up to 4 years no claims discount.
What does 'built to BS3632: 2005' mean?
The British Standard BS3632: 2005 sets minimum manufacturing standards for park homes and mobile homes for insulation values, structural integrity, ventilation, fire and other statutory requirements. Not all mobile homes or park homes are manufactured to this standard and if this is the case, please contact us for further information.
