Coast to sponsor Practical Caravan & Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards

We’re delighted to announce that Coast has signed a three-year deal with Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome magazines to sponsor their annual Owner Satisfaction Awards.

Founded by Practical Motorhome in 2003, these prestigious awards are the only independent accolades of their kind in the industry. While campervan owners have been voicing their opinions for several years, Practical Caravan launched its first ever Owner Satisfaction Awards in the April 2012 edition of the UK’s best selling caravan magazine. 

Each category is determined by a detailed survey of caravan and motorhome owners, who are invited to tell the respective magazine about their new or pre-owned leisure vehicle and their supplying dealer, including an overall rating.

Voting is now available via an online survey for caravanners and a downloadable voting form for motorhome users.

The results will be analysed and a league table of the highest performing manufacturers and dealers will be published, based on their customer satisfaction and reliability rating. The overall winners of each category will be announced at the January 2013 Manchester show, with a full run-down of the results published in the March 2013 issue of Practical Caravan and the April 2013 edition of Practical Motorhome.
