Integrated patio deck for new holiday lodge models
Holiday lodge manufacturer Normandy Holiday Homes has launched an unusual static caravan with an integrated patio deck.
The two new models, Retreat Coast and Retreat Country, feature decking at the entrance with a matching roof canopy and built-in downlighters. Spanning the width of the holiday lodge and measuring six feet in depth, the decking can be accessed via French doors in the lounge.
“The integral patio deck concept was not just something we looked upon as an add on, it had to not only be integral to the structure, it also needed to expand the living space enjoyment for the home and be a true usable space,” said a spokesperson for Normandy Holiday Homes. “Our modern colour schemes of Coast and Country really do deliver what you would expect, bright, breezy, with a fresh faced Coastal feel along with a cosy, welcoming, away from it all country retreat provided by the Country option.”
Available in either 38x12m or 32x13m dimensions, both models include two bedrooms and a lounge with fixed seating and a freestanding dining suite. The Retreat Country features an open plan kitchen, while the Retreat Coast has a slightly separated kitchen and en-suite facilities to the master bedroom.
