Scrambled egg croissants

Why not try these scrambled egg croissants, not only are they yummy then are quick and easy to make whilst away camping. They are also only 502 calories!


Things you’ll need:

8 large eggs

100g grated cheese

A splash of milk

A small bunch of chives

4 large croissants


What to do:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheddar, milk and some seasoning. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Stir in chives, then split open croissants (warm them first if you have an oven) and put the scrambled eggs inside.
