2016 £150 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Win £150 with Coast

How to enter

The promotion is a Prize Draw which is open to anyone who obtains a full quote from Coast.  You will be automatically entered into the draw for that month if you either ring us to receive a quote or if you fill in our online contact form and one of our staff ring you back to take the information.

Entering the Competition

No purchase is necessary.

The competition is open to UK residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entrants must have a valid UK postal address to participate.

Participants must have a full quote to qualify. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, deemed incomplete, ineligible or fraudulent.

This Prize Draw is not open to employees of Coast, their immediate families, anyone within their households, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate families.

Judging and prizes

The Prize Draw runs from 1^st January 2016 and closes on 30^th June 2016.  All valid quote entries taken this period will be entered into the draw automatically. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Each month a winner will be drawn and will be notified no later than two weeks after the draw period by telephone. The prize will be delivered to the winner at the address provided, as soon as reasonably possible after the end of the prize draw period. If the prize is returned undelivered, the promoter will be entitled after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, to draw another winner without any liability to the original winner for having done so.

Each month the prize is a £150 cheque. The prize is not transferable and there are no alternatives. The prize may be liable to tax. Any tax liability shall be the responsibility of the winner.

The winner’s name can be obtained by sending an SAE to “2016 £150 Prize Draw”, Marketing Dept., Coast, Helix House, High Street, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6AA, within 28 days of the end of the competition period.

General

Coast reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

Coast reserves the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time and in its absolute discretion if it has reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules.

Entrants will be deemed to have understood the competition rules and accepted them and agree to be bound to them when entering the competition.

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
