2. Caravan Android- This app is fantastic as it stores all of your caravan insurance policy details and contact numbers, alongside a checklist for everything you need to pack for your trip. Best of all it is free!

3. Motorway services UK- For the small price of £0.69p this app shows you all the major roads and how many motorway service stations each one has, this can save you lots of time on your journeys!

4. IBBQ- This app has some great features to help you cook the perfect BBQ whilst away in your caravan, these include helping you check the weather to plan your BBQ, getting some tasty BBQ recipes and finding out where your nearest butchers is.

5. Siteseeker- this app can be a great help when planning trips away in your caravan. The app comes complete with the ability to filter sites by location, price and facilities, site booking options, live maps which show you sites nearby and it is all for free!

6. Live traffic info- This app is a handy free app to help you keep an eye on the traffic! The highways agency national traffic control centre reports on traffic activity on all major roads.

7. Around me- This app is great to help you find everything you need, from your nearest cash point, petrol station or restaurant. It is the perfect app to have when out an about exploring new locations in your caravan and it is free.

8. Spirit Level- When pitching up it may sometimes be handy to have a spirit level, this is where this free app can come in handy. Calibration on a known flat surface is required, but overall it is a very useful app.
