We love hearing stories of celebrities that enjoy caravanning, so it was music to our ears when we found out that the Royal Family also happen to be outdoor living fans!

During a trip to Northern Ireland recently, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales visited Orchard County Primary School, Annaghmore, with his wife, the Duchess of Cornwall.

When asking the children about their plans for the summer holiday, one pupil said their family was planning to go on a caravan holiday, to which Prince Charles laughed and remarked that he loved caravans!

The Prince of Wales is not the only Royal Family member to be connected with caravanning in recent months – The Queen visited touring caravan manufacturer Bailey in November 2012 as part of its 65^th anniversary celebrations.
