Facebook Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This prize draw is organised and administered by Coast Insurance, The Old Bank
    High Street, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6AB

  2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over with a valid UK address.

  • Employees of Coast Insurance, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entry.

  1. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must like/follow the Coast Insurance Facebook page and comment on the post.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries, automated entries, or bulk entries will be disqualified.

  • No purchase necessary.

  1. Opening and Closing Dates

  • The competition opens on 22nd September 2025 and closes on 31st December 2025 at 11.59pm. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

  1. The Prize

  • The prize is £100 bank transfer.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value in the event the original prize becomes unavailable.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. No correspondence will be entered into, judges’ decision is final.

  • The winner will be notified via Facebook comment within 14 days of the draw closing.

  • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

  1. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that Coast Insurance may announce the winner’s name publicly on its Facebook page and/or website.

  • Winners may be asked to participate in publicity.

  1. Data Protection

  • Any personal data provided will only be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
