How did we do?- Our Customer Survey Results

In March we sent out a customer service email to anyone who purchased a policy with us… We are very pleased with the results!

1. In response to our first question 93.75% of respondents said they were extremely satisfied  with the level of service from the employees at Coast.

2. Next we asked, how helpful were our team? To this we got a 85% response of Extremely helpful and a 15% response rate of Very helpful.

3. 90% of respondents also said that they would recommend Coast to a friend or colleague.

We think these are pretty good results and that the team should be very happy with themselves.
