Top safety award for Elddis

Caravan manufacturer Elddis has been awarded for its standards of production and working environment after receiving an International Safety Award for the sixth successive year.

The British Safety Council presented the accolade, which acknowledges workplaces with outstanding levels of health and safety. Elddis was selected from a longlist of more than 600 companies, spanning a wide variety of industries.

Mel Dunn, Health & Safety Officer for the firm, remarked that Elddis sets high targets for its working practices and all employees have the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification in this area.
