Devon and Cornwall
- Happy Halloween at the Golden Hind in Brixham, Devon | 22 to 30 October

Lake District
- Fancy dress at The World of Beatrix Potter | 30 October
Kids go free all day this Halloween (accompanied by a paying adult) and can try their hand at spooky crafts or have their face painted (£2 charge). - Halloween fun at Brockhole, Windermere | 22 to 30 October
Join a ‘Ghoulish Scavenger Hunt’ around the grounds, hear spooky stories or have a Halloween hoot when you meet the owls, Dumbledore, Tassle and Eggnogg.
South East
- What is a ghost at Preston Manor, Brighton | 22 October only
Take a tour of Brighton’s most haunted Edwardian house and enjoy a spooky Q&A (kids 8 and over). Find out everything you wanted to know about ghosts but were too afraid to ask! - Bram Stoker’s Dracula at Preston Manor, Brighton | Selected dates between 27 October and 11 November
Brighton theatre company, Brief Hiatus, use Preston Manor as the perfect backdrop for a new version of this classic story (not suitable for children under 11).

- Halloween Week at Studland Bay, Dorset | 22 to 30 October
Take part in the fun beachside Halloween Trail with the kids and let them have a go at creating spooky seasonal crafts. Adults can sip mulled cider and scoff sausages on Sat 29 Oct, and even take a midnight stroll along the dunes – if you’re feeling brave!
