2013 Owner Satisfaction Awards
Coast proudly sponsored the 2013 Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards, which took place at The Caravan & Motorhome Show in Manchester on Thursday 17th January.Voted for by readers of both magazines, the awards recognise the best manufacturers and supplying dealers of new and pre-owned touring caravans and motorhomes. The top performers in each of the eight categories received either a silver or gold rating based on reader feedback and the highest scoring firm was presented with a carved glass trophy.
The leading nominees were invited to attend the awards ceremony, which began with a champagne reception before the prizes were handed out by Practical Caravan & Practical Motorhome’s editor-in-chief Rob Ganley and the magazines’ online editor Nigel Donnelly.
First to be presented were the motorhome awards, with Vantage Motorhomes scooping the best new motorhome manufacturer accolade.
VW Kamper Centre came out on top in the pre-owned category, whilst best supplying dealer of pre-owned motorhomes went to Motorhome Dealer Group.
Richard Baldwin Motorhomes completed the motorhome winners’ circle by clinching the best supplying dealer of new motorhomes category.
The first winner in the touring caravan section was Bailey, which was named best manufacturer of new caravans in its 65th anniversary year.
Adria was awarded the trophy for best pre-owned caravan manufacturer.
In the supplying dealer categories, the ceremony concluded with Chichester Caravans receiving the award for best supplying dealer of pre-owned caravans.
