Swift supports Botham for 2012 charity walk

Swift Group is supporting Sir Ian Botham’s charity fundraising by lending him a motorhome for his annual walk in aid of Leukemia & Lymphoma Research.

‘Beefy’s Great British Walk 2012’ will see the cricketing legend trek 150 miles in 10 days through ten cities between John O’Groats to Land’s End this April. During this time, Botham will live in a Swift Autocruise Alto motorhome, which was presented to him at an official ceremony in Canary Wharf last month.

“On behalf of Leukemia & Lymphoma Research, I would like to thank Swift Group for their continued support, as we enter our twenty eighth year of Beefy’s Great British Walk,” said Botham.
