Your guide to The Spring Caravan & Camping Show
If you’re coming along to the NEC this week for The Spring Caravan & Camping Show, here’s Coast’s guide to what to look out for during your visit:
Celebrity guests
BBC Strictly Come Dancing professionals Flavia Cacace and Vincent Simone will be opening the show with an Argentine tango performance, plus you can catch up with ardent caravanner and television presenter Julia Bradbury, Springwatch anchor Kate Humble, wildlife expert Nick Baker and chef Valentine Warner during the event.
Latest caravans and motorhomes
Major manufacturers will be showcasing their new leisure vehicles with the wraps coming off many models for the first time. Among the big brands being represented in Birmingham are Bailey, Fifth Wheel, Elddis, Swift and Van Master.
Expert advice
Every accessory you can possibly think of to make caravanning even easier will be on sale throughout the NEC’s halls, with experts offering advice on making the most of outdoor living – whether you’re a novice or a seasoned pro.
Improve your driving skills
For some hands-on activities during the day, driving tutors will be offering masterclasses in towing a caravan and manoeuvring a motorhome.
Activities
There’s plenty of non-caravan fun to be add as well, from water zorbing and kayaking to close encounters with birds of prey from Dudley Zoological Gardens.
Coast’s £10,000 competition!
Last but not least, visit the Coast team at Stand 3031 to enter our safe cracker challenge. If you successfully guess the six-digit code to unlock our safe you’ll leave Birmingham £10,000 richer!
